Motivation Monday: Exercise!

Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.

Make it a rule to exercise. Don't give yourself the option of exercising or not.  It should be a daily habit just like brushing your teeth.  (Change your Body Change your Brain, p 122)
