this is a great quote and very timely for me. i thought about you this morning when i was eating an animal cracker. i was thinking how i haven't started my food journal yet b/c i don't have the kind of legal pad i want to record it on! is that pathetic or what?! procrastination or what?! so i'm going to start NOW! TODAY! and am going to write it on blank computer paper; even though i don't want to! "better tools will come along", right?!?!?! thanks for the right words at the right time!
