Fun Cardio

A great cardio workout that will keep you moving. Great for intermediate/advanced exercisers (beginner coming soon!)

Warm Up 5 minutes

Run/walk 1 mile

10 minutes on elliptical

Jump Rope (or pretend) for 1 minute

5 minutes on row machine

Run/walk 5 laps

10 minutes on Bike

*optional 1 more mile run/walk
